Christmas Offering 2024

GIVING FAITHFULLY THIS CHRISTMAS SEASON

Our mission at the North Jersey Vineyard is to know God, discover our purpose, find freedom in our lives, and make a difference in the world around us.

And one powerful way that we can make a difference is through our annual Christmas Offering, an opportunity for us each year through the month of December to respond to God’s generosity to us so we can make a generous impact in the world around us.

— #Adulting Nepal Missions Trip —

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. - Acts 1:8

#Adulting is our group of 20-30somethings at NJV, and they are heading to Nepal in the Spring of 2025, partnering with Iris Global and connecting with the Vineyard presence there. Iris Global Nepal has a children’s home, school, rehabilitation program, missions training, outreach programs in the streets of Kathmandu, church planting initiatives in the remote/unreached areas of Nepal and Himalayas, and more. — Judah Quy Casa de los Preciosos —

PAUL HOFFMAN, BOLIVIA

Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God. - Luke 18:16

Judah Quy is an orphanage in Bolivia that currently houses and cares for about 21 children with severe disabilities and extreme disadvantages. Over the past few years, our Christmas Offering provided Judah Quy with funds to create new and safe play areas for mobility-challenged kids, air conditioning throughout the facility, funds to meet their day to day needs, and medical assistance to help these children receive the care they need.

This year, we seek to continue to support Judah Quy in the ways that they need as they continue to answer Jesus’ call to serve “the least of these,” giving life and hope to these precious children.

— Open Door Community Center —

Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. - Galatians 6:2

What started out as a small Food Bank operating out of the lobby of the North Jersey Vineyard Church at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 has now grown to become an official non-profit organization, operating in conjunction with the North Jersey Vineyard and serving as a food distribution hub in the broader tri-state area, as well as providing services which benefit individuals and families in all aspects of life. The mission of Open Door is to journey with all those who walk through the doors — giving hope, maintaining the respect and dignity of each person, and affording them opportunities for growth toward stability in their lives.

Thank you for responding in faithfulness to all that God has done and continues to do in us and through us!
