compassion.

“The LORD is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion.” — Psalm 116:5

We all experience seasons in life where we face challenges and difficulties — whether it’s financial, emotional, spiritual. No matter what you are currently facing, we are here for you.

how we can help —

Church members and regular attenders can receive help in a variety of ways. Here are some examples:

Biblical stewardship and budgeting guidance

Financial assistance for basic living expenses (rent, food, utilities, medical, etc.)

Links to support services

Subsidies for counseling services

Prayer and spiritual guidance and accountability

what we expect —

Our Compassion commitment to you is intended to be temporary and short-term. Our goal is to see you succeed to a place where assistance is no longer required. This takes approximately 6-12 months.

Your commitment to us involves the following:

  • availability

  • motivation

  • open to change

  • prayer

  • teachability

  • honesty and transparency

what we provide —

While we believe that God wants us to care for our neighbor in need, we also hold to the importance of being wise stewards of the resources that God has blessed us with. We have a modest amount of resources at our disposal and are limited in the degree of assistance that we can provide. In order to serve you as efficiently as possible, we may require documentation such as pay stubs and tax returns.
