Hiking Group

We are a group of avid hikers and would like to invite you to enjoy nature with us while hiking and backpacking, trying to leave the world’s day-to-day stresses behind and have fun! Our leisurely pace will allow time for catching your breath, snacks, and photo-ops at scenic spots. Adventure awaits!
NJ’s Morris Canal History Tour

We will be visiting several historic sites to learn about an engineering marvel built in the 1800s including a restored lock in Wharton which is also hosting their Canal Day Music and Crafts Festival. Time permitting, we will try to visit other sites such as the Ledgewood inclined plane, Lake Hopatcong, Stanhope, Waterloo Village, Saxton Falls, Port Murray, Bread Lock Park, etc. A moderate amount of walking will be required.

Restorative HeART

This creative gathering provides a platform for people to share and express their own journeys through painting and journaling, listening to God and sharing your story of God working in your life. It does not require artistic skills. We will use canvas, acrylic paint and journals to pray and listen to God’s word in meditation. Come ready to look for invitations from God and with a heart opened to listen and create.
Women of Valor Prayer Group
